Twin-shaft mixers

SolidTec twin-shaft mixers are designed for the production of ready-mix concrete and various concrete mixes across a wide range of classes, made from components such as sand, aggregate, cement, water, additives, and admixtures. The offer includes equipment with a net capacity ranging from 0.5m³ to 3m³. The installation can be controlled automatically and works perfectly both directly on construction sites and in precast plants, operating as a standalone unit or as an integral part of concrete production machinery sets.

The SolidTec mixing system consists of a gearbox, a mixing drum, and mixing agitators. The design based on a twin-shaft gearbox ensures an excellent filling ratio, rapid homogenization, uniform mixing speed, and short discharge time. The mixer is mounted directly on the supporting structure of the concrete plant. The drive is transmitted to the rotating shafts from an electric motor via a belt-and-pulley system and a reducer. The drive motor is fixed to the supporting structure.

The interior of the mixer is lined with wear-resistant liner elements. The agitator arrangement includes arms fixed in special holders to which mixing elements, namely blades and scrapers that clean the mixer walls, are bolted. The arms along with their attachments can perform rotational movements, allowing effective mixing of concrete components with a grain size up to 60 mm. At the bottom of the mixer, devices for discharging the mixed mass are placed, where a moving segment precisely exposes or covers the discharge opening.
