At SolidTec, we are not simply machinery salespeople. We possess a complete design, production, and execution setup, allowing us to take total responsibility for every stage of building a concrete batching plant.
Conceptual and Design Phase
Every plot of land has its own specific characteristics, topography, and soil conditions. We do not work out of a template – the investment process always begins with rigorous spatial analysis.
- Individual Planning and Surveying: Our designer and surveyor will help you optimally plan the layout of the entire batching plant on your site. We will analyze access roads for cement trucks and mixer trucks, plan the aggregate charging zone, and indicate the optimal positions for pouring foundations.
- Engineering Office (CAD/3D): Our team of experienced engineers transfers the concept into the digital world. We will design the entire concrete batching plant down to the smallest detail, matching the geometry of ramps, overpasses, supporting structures, silos, and conveyors to the specifics of your facility with millimeter precision.
Armored Execution and Manufacturing
Our own technical backend makes us independent of external subcontractors, giving us absolute control over the quality of the steel used and the fitting precision of working components.
- Advanced CNC Machine Park: The heart of our production is a modern workshop equipped with numerically controlled machines. Precise laser cutters, press brakes, and lathes guarantee ideal steel processing repeatability. Every silo segment or conveyor tray is born in our facility.
- In-House Powder Coating Plant: We apply thick, durable, and impact- and corrosion-resistant industrial coatings. As standard, we coat in yellow (Caterpillar) or orange (RAL 2004) colors, but upon request, we will protect the equipment in any color from your company's RAL palette.
- Experienced Production Crew: Our team consists of battle-tested employees – certified welders, fitters, and mechanical locksmiths. These are people who have "felt steel" for years and ensure that every flange weld or bearing mount is executed with artisan precision.
Installation, Commissioning, and Automation
We deliver finished technological modules directly to the construction site and weld them into a single, intelligently managed production organism.
- Dedicated Installation Teams: We handle complete machinery positioning – from safe vertical alignment and bolting of modular silos, through anchoring overpasses, installing skips and screw conveyors, up to precise installation of scales directly over the mixer.
- Proprietary Automation and Programming Department: A concrete batching plant needs a nervous system. We design and assemble hermetic control cabinets and implement proprietary computer software that manages recipes, averages readings from C3 load cells, and controls pneumatic valves.
Service, Adaptation, and UDT Support
Our responsibility does not end the moment the keys are handed over to the plant operator. We provide full modernization, service, and formal-legal support.
- Mobile Service Team (Also External Machines): We react lightning-fast to breakdown notifications. We maintain a permanent stock of spare parts. Crucially, we offer complete service, maintenance, and general overhauls for machinery from other manufacturers (conveyors, screws, leaking scales).
- Adaptation and Expansion of Existing Plants: Do you already have your own silos, a working mixer, or other infrastructure and want to increase facility capacity? You don't have to buy everything from scratch! We will design, manufacture, and add dedicated components, perfectly integrating them with your gear.
- Technical Passporting and Documentation Support (UDT): We prepare full operation and maintenance documentation (O&M/DTR), CE declarations of conformity, and electrical and pneumatic schematics. We assist investors in preparing equipment (e.g., pressure silos) for inspection by the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT).
