  • Polyurethane primary belt scraper: Every conveyor is equipped with a highly wear-resistant polyurethane scraper. It ensures thorough cleaning of the belt and facilitates smooth material discharge directly into the charging hopper.
  • Reliable Polish drives: High-class domestic production motors, fully adapted to operate in difficult, dusty industrial environments. Depending on the size of the plant, we use 7.5 kW units (1440 RPM) or more powerful 11 kW variants for increased loads.
  • Armored UCP 212 bearings: A self-aligning ball bearing unit in a rigid, cast-iron pillow block housing, manufactured to strict Japanese standards. The design with a widened inner ring and set screws perfectly tolerates constant and variable rotation directions, ensuring maximum shaft stability and rapid service installation.

  • Profiled sealing skirtboard: The special design of the side guards forms a tight chute that effectively eliminates the risk of aggregate falling out and spilling outside the belt outline, especially in the dynamic charging zone.
  • Full-length collecting tray: An integral element of the conveyor frame that precisely guides the material stream. It ensures perfect cleanliness around the entire device and completely eliminates the loss of valuable raw material during transport.
  • HSE safety mesh guard (40x40 mm): Armored mesh guards strictly secure the working zone. The dense 40x40 mm mesh prevents accidental insertion of hands into moving parts of the machine, guaranteeing the highest standard of worker safety.
