For smaller construction sites and projects requiring extreme mobility, SolidTec provides ultra-compact, automatic containerized concrete batching plants. This is an ideal solution wherever every meter of free space counts, and transport logistics time and costs must be kept to an absolute minimum.

The design, based on a unified container frame, allows the installation to be transported via standard road freight and unloaded using a loader crane (HDS). The plant requires no building permits or foundations – a hardened, stable ground surface and utility connections are all it takes to start production.

Integrated Batching System

In the container series, the aggregate batching system is fully integrated into the main frame of the device. Instead of extensive external belt conveyors, we implemented a direct, linear bin layout, which drastically reduces the footprint needed to set up the machine on site.

Aggregate is precisely batched via a system of electropneumatic gates directly onto an integrated weigh belt conveyor located immediately beneath the bin compartments. This system, based on load cells, executes the weighing process in real time, eliminating additional intermediate hoppers.

  • Linear Architecture: Compact linear pocket layout (2 or 3 compartments) loaded directly with a wheel loader
  • Direct Weighing: Dynamic weigh belt conveyor beneath the bins – simplified mechanics mean zero failures
  • Belt: Transfer of the weighed batch to the mixer takes place via a short, steeply inclined conveyor
  • Full Synchronization: Full integration with the automation system controlling precise water and chemical injection directly into the mixing zone

High-precision planetary mixers

For compact batching plants requiring the highest accuracy and producers of precast elements, we offer advanced planetary mixers with a capacity from 0.25 m³ to 0.5 m³. Thanks to the unique, complex movement of the mixing blades, these devices eliminate so-called "dead zones" and perfectly handle special and colored concretes.

  • Output capacity: We offer 0.25 m³, 0.33 m³, or 0.5 m³, ideal for precast production.
  • Perfect homogeneity: The planetary movement trajectory of the arms guarantees full distribution of plasticizers, colorants, and cement throughout the entire batch volume.
  • Armored protection: Just like in the twin-shaft versions, we use wear-resistant bottom and side liners, along with high-durability mixing arms.
  • Full automation: Equipped with advanced LINCOLN pressure lubrication systems and hydraulic discharge gates ensuring clean and fast emptying.

Safety and Technology

SolidTec mobile horizontal silos are not just armored storage tanks, but fully automated binder feeding systems. Designed for continuous operation, they eliminate common logistical problems associated with storing cement, fly ash, or lime under field conditions.

The internal geometry of the silo has been optimized for smooth material flow. Pneumatic assistance and advanced safety systems guarantee full reliability and trouble-free synergy with the automation of any type of concrete batching plant.

  • Aeration System: Integrated fluidizing nozzles and air pads prevent cement "bridging" and clumping inside the compartment.
  • Ecology and Filters: A built-in, highly efficient self-cleaning filter (pneumatic reverse pulse jet cleaning) guarantees dust-free loading from a cement truck.
  • Smooth Discharge: A heavy-duty screw conveyor (diameter matched to the plant capacity) ensures precise and rapid dosing of binder to the cement scale.
  • Safety Valves: Pressure relief valves protect the container tank structure from damage during rapid material pumping.
